- This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role will work directly with the partnerships team to source new business relationships. - The position involves relationship-based selling and requires a willingness to make cold calls and prospect. - The SDR will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity creation quotas. - Aligning Athelas solutions with prospect business objectives and needs is a key responsibility. - The role includes managing and overcoming prospect objections effectively. - Collaboration with the team and others is essential to drive new business. - The candidate will become an expert in the healthcare space and learn sales skills to eventually transition to an Account Executive role.
