- Responsible for efficient and timely execution of client onboarding, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Contribute to designing and implementing systems and processes for scalability and efficiency
- Solve complex business problems, drive operational metrics, and understand the business thoroughly to proactively address emerging issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address client needs and support company objectives
- Document and develop best practices for incremental improvement in the Implementation team through each new onboarding experience
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company, with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in project management, deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and excelling in customer interactions
- Curious and detail-oriented individual with a drive for delivering customer value and improving processes
- Comfortable working autonomously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and identifying and resolving blockers
- Nice to have skills include proficiency in SQL, Retool, Google Suite, and experience with AI frameworks, Python, and Javascript
