✨ About The Role
- Responsible for successfully sourcing new business through relationship-based selling and achieving monthly and quarterly opportunity creation quotas
- Must have no fear of making cold calls and prospecting, aligning Athelas solutions with prospect business objectives/needs
- Collaborate effectively with the team and others to drive new business and become an expert in the healthcare space
- Opportunity to learn sales skills that will set you up to eventually be a successful Account Executive
- Work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction, focusing on improving healthcare innovation through close partnerships between developers and doctors
âš¡ Requirements
- At least 1 year of SDR or Sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with a demonstrated hunger to win business and move deals through the sales process
- Ability to effectively communicate with prospects of all levels and collaborate with the team to drive new business
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated natural leadership ability and a team player mindset
- Self-driven individual with a 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
