- Responsible for successfully closing new business through relationship-based selling
- Master the ability to evangelize the Athelas story and align solutions with business objectives
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas while collaborating effectively with the account team
- Proactively keep abreast of the industry and technology landscape to be a trusted resource to prospects and customers
- Must be open to hybrid work in the Mountain View, CA office

- At least one year of experience closing new deals in a sales role, preferably in software sales
- Demonstrated leadership ability and a hunger to win business and close deals
- Ability to effectively communicate with prospects of all levels, including c-level executives
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in prospecting, sales cycle management, and penetrating new markets
