Asurion is looking for an exceptional HR leader to drive the development and implementation of the HR strategy in support of our Customer Solutions Operations organization. This role requires a progressive, innovative, and customer obsessed Human Resources Leader who will partner with a Senior Operations leader with oversite and leadership of 4 or more 500+ person technology contact center located across the US. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is responsible for leadership and development of a team of HR Business Partners. The role will also serve as consultation to contact center leaders and employees at all levels related to: Workforce Management, Employee Relations, Change Management, Talent Strategy, and Organizational Development.
