Since 2012, we've grown into a global brand with 28 stores and over 400 team members across the UK, Europe, Ireland, and the US. We're known for our innovation, inclusivity, and empowering approach to jewellery - from our products to our in-store experience.

Now, we're bringing our mission to Spain, opening our very first store in the heart of Madrid at an iconic concept store.

Location: WOW, Serrano, Madrid

Hours: 23, 17, 11 per week

This role requires a high level of proficiency in English, as it is our company's working language. The job description is available in both Spanish and English for clarity.

The Sales Assistant Mission:

You'll create memorable moments for every customer through your love for styling and making our customers feel special. You'll be a key part of spreading the word about our brand, sharing your passion, and living our values every day as you join us at the heart of an exciting adventure.

How you'll drive success:

• Create memorable experiences by bringing our retail pillars to life - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovation - always putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
• Connect with the Madrid community by building strong, authentic relationships with customers, turning first-time visitors into loyal customers and helping our brand feel right at home in this new city
• Use your knowledge of our product and services to guide, inspire, and elevate every customer interaction in a space that celebrates creativity and experimentation
• Welcome every customer with warmth and offer thoughtful styling advice—always with kindness, curiosity, and a personal touch
• Deliver a retail experience that's anything but ordinary. Surprise, delight, and go the extra mile to stay ahead of the curve and set new standards in-store
• Collaborate closely with your team, share energy and ideas, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture grounded in our core values

What you'll need to thrive:

• A values champion and brand ambassador, our values must resonate deeply with you
• Fluent in both English & Spanish as all communication with our UK office will be in English
• This role is suitable for anyone with retail experience, who has a strong passion for customer experience and people
• You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams at all levels
• You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and respond effectively to change
