✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning architectural trade studies and establishing system and unit level requirements analytically or via simulation
- Lead R&D efforts for new radio features, technologies, and custom components, working closely with various design teams
- Design and model satellite communication payloads, focusing on communications-related signal processing algorithm design and testing
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to the rapidly-growing team

âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced RF/Communication Systems Engineer with at least 5-8 years in the industry, preferably with a background in satellite radio systems
- Strong technical communication skills are a must, both oral and written, to effectively collaborate with various design teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and constantly learning, with a passion for making a significant impact
- Ability to triage and debug issues discovered in testing, with a proven track record of developing software in Python and some C/C++
- Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering or equivalent is required, with a keen interest in signals and systems and digital communications
