✨ About The Role
- Responsible for designing, simulating, implementing, and measuring active and passive RF sub-systems at microwave frequencies for satellite payloads
- Design, qualify, and procure active RF electronics like frequency converters, SSPAs, LNAs, PLLs, etc., and integrate them into the spacecraft
- Work closely with mechanical, payload systems, electrical, and software engineers to achieve overall system requirements in RF designs
- Specify, procure, and integrate third-party vendor hardware, and assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates

âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced RF engineer with a minimum of 5-8 years in the industry, particularly in designing, simulating, and implementing active and passive RF sub-systems at microwave frequencies
- Strong background in fundamental RF concepts such as RF circuit analysis, amplifier design, noise, linearity, and radio architectures
- Skilled in designing, building, and testing RF hardware for microwave frequencies, with a proven track record of completing products from concept to production
- Proficient in RF simulation tools like ADS, Cadence, HFSS, and PCB design, layout, and simulation using tools like Altium
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and recruit and hire additional team members
