✨ About The Role
- Responsible for leading designs for the sub-systems that form the backbone of the satellites' internal communication, power distribution, sensor aggregation, and flight computer systems
- Architect, design, and develop space and radiation-tolerant electronics to support satellite operations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to solve challenging problems and develop innovative solutions
- Drive electronics design from concept development through to qualification and ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality and reliability needs
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to the rapidly-growing team
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced electrical engineer with 5-8 years in the industry, particularly in fast-paced product design cycles
- Strong analog/mixed-signal circuit design skills and a passion for hardware development
- Ability to lead designs for sub-systems and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on in hardware design and development
- Previous experience with designing and implementing signal conditioning, sensors, power switches, and embedded computers would be beneficial
