✨ About The Role
- Lead radiation test efforts by developing complex test plans, performing radiation tests on devices, and analyzing test data for compliance
- Advise design engineers on EEE component selection and assist with design implementation
- Develop test requirements, plan and execute multiple test campaigns, and document results and analysis
- Design and test PCBAs for radiation testing, develop custom test setups, and support the development of test reports
- Work on the cutting edge of EEE parts screening for space missions, contributing to the company's mission of global connectivity
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced radiation effects testing engineer with at least 3 years of relevant experience in space environments
- Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, nuclear engineering, physics, or equivalent technical field
- Strong passion for hardware development and working in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in designing and testing analog and digital circuits, as well as writing test software, preferably in Python
- Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide guidance on EEE component selection
