- Responsible for developing and improving business processes and systems to scale production while maintaining high levels of quality

- Experienced engineer with a background in manufacturing, industrial, or quality engineering, ideally with 3+ years of experience
- Proficient in SQL databases and able to write SQL queries, with excellent communication skills
- Self-driven and autonomous individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment solving complex problems with high impact
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams across Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Creative problem solver with exceptional analytical skills and a customer-centric approach
