✨ About The Role
- Responsible for developing and conducting tests of diverse antenna systems and analyzing the data
- Operate and maintain farfield antenna test range, EMI/EMC range, and RF bench test instruments
- Design, develop, and implement RF test hardware, calibration, and test procedures
- Analyze measured data based on theoretical and expected performance, documenting and sharing results
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to the rapidly-growing team
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in antenna and RF fundamentals with a degree in EE or related field, specializing in RF
- Proficient in RF measurement theory and practice, including error budgets for measurements
- Skilled in using vector network analyzers, Spectrum/Signal analyzers, power meters, and calibration methods
- Demonstrated programming experience in Python or Matlab for analysis and test scripts
- Familiarity with electromagnetic modeling tools such as Ansys HFSS or CST
