This position is remote and is based in Bangalore, India. Purpose and Scope:

As a BI Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our business intelligence (BI) solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional agile driven teams, including IT, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure our data architecture aligns with key business objectives. Your expertise in QLIK and/or Power BI will be essential in creating scalable, efficient, and insightful BI solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and enhancing our BI applications. Essential Job Responsibilities:

Data Architecture:

• Develop and maintain scalable data models.
• Design and implement logical and physical data models.
• Translate business analysis and reporting requirements into high-quality BI designs and dashboards

BI Solution Development:

• Optimize BI solutions using tools like SQL Server and Power BI Desktop.
• Create and enhance data pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the BI ecosystem.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Provide analytical and technical leadership for BI and reporting.
• Mentor junior BI team members.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate BI solutions.

Best Practices and Standards:

• Develop and enforce BI best practices and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Participate in smaller focused mission teams to deliver value driven solutions aligned to our global and bold move priority initiatives and beyond.

Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable applications to meet ever-changing business needs.

Collaborate with cross functional teams and practices across the organization including Commercial, Manufacturing, Medical, DataX, GrowthX and support other X (transformation) Hubs and Practices as appropriate, to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide Level 3 and 4 Technical Support to internal users troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring system uptime as soon as possible.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to optimize performance, security, and maintainability of existing data and platform architecture and other technology investments.

Participate in the continuous delivery pipeline adhering to dev OPS best practices for version control, automation, and deployment. Ensuring effective management of the FoundationX backlog.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development, data engineering, and cloud platforms.
