Advanced Product Requirements Consultant

In this role, you will have a central position in the work with requirements management and verification reporting for advanced products within the defense and security sector.

The section is responsible for overall support and guidance in handling product requirements. Together with product management, the group compiles requirement specifications to stakeholders and manages changes. The group consists of about ten people and you will become an important part of the collaboration with both internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements in a database environment (e.g., IBM DOORS or similar).
• Develop and update requirement specifications.
• Manage verification information for product, airworthiness, and contract requirements.
• Develop methods for reporting verification results internally and externally.
• Support the organization in requirement-related questions.
• Communicate with both customers and authorities.

As a consultant in the role, you are expected to be proactive, take initiative, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in similar roles (Level 3).
• Experience in requirements management and work in databases.
• Experience in systems development work.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security clearance (may require Swedish citizenship).
