Quality Engineer Electrical

As a Quality Engineer Electrical, you will be part of a team that operates close to the final assembly. You will follow machines through the entire assembly process and ensure that electrical installations are carried out according to documentation, standards, and correct execution. If Ex (ATEX) is applicable, you will also ensure that equipment and installation meet the applicable requirements.

Duties

- Participate in assembly clearance meeting 2.

- Inspect and document before, during, and after assembly to ensure quality in delivery.

- Perform and document verification and detailed inspection according to the Ex list for all internal assembly work.

- Issue NCRs for deviations, coordinate for installation-related faults, and report when the deviation is resolved.

- Participate in final inspection and release to delivery, and communicate any remaining deviations.

- Support the assembly in quality matters, promote the "right from me" mindset, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

- Good understanding and knowledge of ATEX and LVD (Low Voltage Directive).

- Engineering education or high school electrical competence with several years of experience in electrical installations.

- Meritable with IECEx competence.

- Structured, precise, and quality-conscious in work performance.

- Fluent in Swedish.

- Experience in electrical installations or electrical assembly.

- Experience in quality work is an advantage.

- Knowledge of or experience with SAP and PLM is meritorious.
