With the company growing rapidly, we are looking for a People Ops Partner (Data Analytics & Ops) to join us!
A brief summary of your job responsibility:
- Provides HR data analytics and consulting to HR Business Partner
- Design & develop data models to support forward-looking HR initiatives with predictive analytics to forecast various business problems
- Provides accurate and timely analysis and insights to enable data-driven management decisions
- Assist HRBP in supporting the HR Digital transformation efforts
- Opportunity to work alongside with HRBP to manage a variety of HR operational matters
- Works with HRBP in driving & supporting people-related agenda & projects (Eg: areas in employee engagement, learning & organizational development and culture building)
