We're looking for the first hire on the Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations.
As our Sales Operations Manager, you'll build, optimize, and scale the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion. You'll play a critical role in defining how we sell—owning sales processes, forecasting rigor, tooling strategy, and the core revenue architecture that supports our next stage of growth.
Our ideal candidate is strong across all areas of sales operations, but is a superstar with either go-to-market tooling and automation or data analysis and insights.
Design and manage the Sales go-to-market tool stack, including Salesforce
Set the analytical foundation that guides sales strategy and growth initiatives
Build and maintain forecasting models
Sales territories and account enrichment
Manage commissions calculations and compensation design
Ensure data integrity across systems and workflows
Deal Desk strategy and support
Partner operations, strategy, and analytics
3–7 years RevOps experience in B2B, SaaS, AI, and/or health-tech.
Strong individual contributor who uses AI to leverage processes
High slope individual with upside to manage in the future (in 12+ months)
Salesforce admin experience and operational analytics skills
Perspective on what a best in class sales ops tool stack looks like
Experience supporting early-stage GTM teams
Highly structured and detail-obsessed operator
Comfortable with forecasting and commissions
Strong communicator able to translate data into insights
Thrives in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
Bias toward automation and process simplification
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
