IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver responsive, friendly technical support to colleagues across the company, ensuring hardware, software, and applications run smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across devices, networks, and business applications while guiding non-technical users with patience and clarity.
  • Provide concierge-level support for executives, including video conferencing and on-site assistance.
  • Install and configure software and devices, ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards.
  • Accurately document issues and resolutions, contributing to a knowledge base that strengthens team expertise.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues, always prioritizing speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Education:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Information Systems or Business. Required.

Experience:

  • Experience working in Technical Service Desk or related area. Required.
  • 2+ years working in Technical Service Desk or related area. Preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Other Common industry certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, HDI. Preferred.
