As we continue to enhance production from our mature fields, we are seeking a skilled Well Performance Engineer to drive optimization across our well portfolio. This role is central to our efforts in improving inflow performance, managing artificial lift systems, and coordinating well interventions.

You will work closely with subsurface, drilling, and operations teams to ensure wells deliver sustainable and safe production, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Well Performance: Monitor daily well data, identify underperformers, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain and update well models and chemical injection strategies.
• Manage Artificial Lift Systems: Design and review gas lift and ESP configurations. Troubleshoot lift performance and support field teams with operational guidance.
• Coordinate Well Interventions: Evaluate feasibility of workovers and rigless activities. Collaborate on completion designs and support execution planning.
• Lead Production Enhancement Projects: Drive quick-win initiatives, support ESP commissioning, chemical trials, and metering improvements.
• Champion Data & Safety: Maintain structured performance databases, contribute to well integrity reviews, and provide technical input on HSSE matters.
