Assala Gabon is looking for a pragmatic HR Support. This engaged team player will provide general operational and personnel-related administrative tasks. They will grant comprehensive support in managing human resources and administrative operations.

Key activities:

• Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
• Ensure data integrity and maintenance in various information systems
• Provide operational administrative support on one or more HR processes (Policy & Benefits, School Assistance, loans, documents, and more)
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
• Ensure transportation of employees' personnel effects
• Provide immigration support
• Ensure personnel medical files are up-to-date
• Provide support with internal mails transportation across locations and administrative offices
