Aspire Indiana Health Administrative Support
Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive "whole health" services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
This individual is responsible for providing excellent customer service, both internally to Aspire employees and externally to Social Impact clients and other partners by providing a variety of administrative duties to support Aspire Indiana Health.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring all communication channels (i.e.: email, phone, referral forms), responding and following up on referrals
- Responding promptly to client and staff requests via telephone, email, Electronic Health Record (EHR) messages
- Providing accurate information regarding Aspire procedures, policies, fees, scheduling, etc. to staff and clients, contractors, referral sources, and community partners
- Electronically filing consumer charts, reports, billing and miscellaneous paperwork accurately
- Linking participant with the appropriate Social Impact programs and responding to all referrals within the acceptable time frame
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year of customer service experience required
- Knowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (school systems, child welfare, corrections, etc.) preferred
