About the team:

About the role:
We seek a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in HK as a Card Operations intern. You will play a vital role in the fulfillment operation of physical cards such as shipping, tracking, and escalation resolution
What will you be doing?
- Receive physical cards from the vendor and reship to the end customer
- Keep track of all card shipments with required details such as destination and tracking number
- Coordinate with local delivery agency to ensure timely delivery of cards
- Keep customers regularly updated on the status of cards
- Resolve escalations and/or highlight the issue for required support
Minimum qualifications:
- Excellent command of Cantonese and English both verbal and written - English is the main language used in the company
- Comfortable with spreadsheets/formulas, data analysis
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup and ever-evolving environment
- Required to be in Aspire HK office for 2 days a week
Preferred qualifications:
- Analytical skills
- Previous experience of cross-functional working
- Previous experience of interacting with clients
