We exist to give people the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you're free to be your true self without judgment, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.
Through our Fashion with Integrity strategy, we are driving diversity, equity and inclusion across every aspect of ASOS and ensuring every ASOSer can be their authentic self at work. We want our people to be whoever they want to be, because we believe people who bring their best selves to work, do their best work.
As an Account Management Assistant within the ASOS Partner Fulfilment Programme, you'll play a vital role in supporting the growth of a key commercial initiative aimed at enhancing the ASOS customer experience. This programme enables ASOS Partner Brands to sell their inventory directly to ASOS customers, increasing size availability and expanding choice across our brand portfolio. With an ambitious target for Partner Fulfilment to contribute 5% of total ASOS GMV by 2025, your work will directly support this strategic goal.
You'll provide critical administrative support to help develop strong account relationships and ensure that locally relevant product ranges are made available to our 20-something customer. Working collaboratively across the Commercial Operations function, you'll help ensure the programme runs smoothly by managing samples, updating the critical path, and raising styles in line with partner brand deadlines. Your contribution will help maximise trading opportunities and ensure our partner brands are set up for success on the ASOS.com platform.
The Details…
We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That's why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It's a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
