To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Marketing Manager (M/W/D) in full-time at our location in Essen.

What We Offer You:

• Development of marketing strategies and concepts, nationally and internationally
• Independent planning and execution of theme and product-related marketing campaigns, including budget control
• Performance analysis of the marketing measures you are responsible for
• Creation of marketing texts in German and English
• Management of partner and sponsorship activities
• Point of contact and interface between units, customers, influencers, community, and departments
• Planning, monitoring, and coordination of trade fairs/exhibitions
• Support of social media channels including social media advertising/content marketing - always with an eye on current trends
• Close cooperation with the international marketing managers
• Trend analyses, market and competition observation

What You Bring With You:

• You have preferably a marketing education (university, BAW, etc.) with corresponding qualification or several years of experience in marketing management
• You are an excellent team player and bring social skills as well as communication strength
• You are able to write creatively and have fun developing exciting content
• You have comprehensive and innovative know-how around the common social media platforms, blogs, forums, etc.
• You are well-versed in coordinating the appropriate communication tools (media planning, trade marketing, event, etc.)
• You have very good German and English skills (at least level C1)
• You are positively inclined towards occasional travel
• You have an affinity for the product range and identification with the company
