Responsible for management of the direct sales channel in North America. Support company growth objectives. This position will be primarily working on new sales opportunities not currently held. These customers can be OEM, User, Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, or other direct users. Utilize and analyze existing KPIs and create additional ones to properly measure performance and identify areas of improvement. Ensure annual sales and margin goals are achieved. Work closely with the Director of North America Channel Sales to resolve conflicts/channel decisions with Direct and Channel TM's and elevate to the VP/GM of North America, when necessary.
