How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

  • Lead the Charge: Own the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional projects that elevate the consumer experience across our national footprint.
  • Create Clarity: Step into high-stakes initiatives mid-stream to bring immediate structure, align stakeholders, and drive projects through implementation and long-term sustainment.
  • Bridge the Gap: Partner seamlessly with Design, Operations, and CX teams to manage timelines, navigate dependencies, and clear roadblocks before they stall progress.
  • Champion Change: Ensure new experiences actually "stick" by developing practical change management strategies, communications, and training resources.
  • Elevate the Standard: Infuse every project with a hospitality-centered mindset, ensuring our physical spaces reflect a world-class, service-first philosophy.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, execution, and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and make sound judgment calls.
  • Ability to lead change management efforts with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on using data and stories to drive improvements in arrival and registration processes.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) preferred.
