How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Manage daily supply operations and inventory controls to ensure the clinical team always has the tools they need without any disruption to patient care.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and system issues by proactively investigating and troubleshooting variances to keep stock levels accurate and financially sound.
  • Update item attributes and execute product conversions within the enterprise resource planning system to maintain clean, reliable data across the organization.
  • Minimize waste and financial loss by enforcing strict stock rotation guidelines and monitoring expiration dates across the storeroom.
  • Execute regular logistical audits to optimize storeroom efficiency, maximize storage space, and streamline the distribution process.

What minimum requirements you'll need

  • Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
