Responsibilities

Demonstrates a balance of technical expertise, strong relationship management, and a continuous improvement mindset. Key attributes include:

• Customer-centric approach with a strong service orientation
• Vendor relationship management experience, including working with MSPs, SOWs, Contracts
• SOW (Statement of Work) development and managing to defined deliverables and SLAs
• Lean mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
• Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward issue resolution
• Familiarity with contract language and ability to navigate legal/operational terms
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed or dynamic environment
• Skilled at conflict resolution and maintaining team cohesion under pressure
• Comfortable with reporting and analytics to drive performance improvements
• Familiar with Oracle Cloud/Oracle Fusion SW products such as, but not limited to PeoleSoft, Supply Chain & Identity Management
• Prior Software as a Service (SaaS) contract and vendor engagement experience, including a background in understanding the complexities introduced by applications managed and utilized within the cloud from a support and maintenance, patching, upgrades perspective

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
