How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead surgical services operations as Registered Nurse Director Surgical Services, driving patient care excellence, safety outcomes, and sustainable quality improvement initiatives.
• Direct clinical oversight including care coordination, direct patient care standards, and clinical documentation within Electronic Health Records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement policies, performance standards, and staffing strategies that strengthen interdisciplinary team collaboration and deliver consistent, high-quality surgical patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and executive leadership to optimize resources, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency across Surgical Services.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
• Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
