How You'll Make An Impact In This Role
- Multidisciplinary Ecosystem Governance: Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of high-scale data portfolios, managing Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across complex technology stacks including HL7 engines (HealthConnect, Corepoint), Cloud Data Operations (GCP/Azure, BigQuery, Airflow), and Interoperability tools (NextGate, Symedical) to ensure seamless healthcare data exchange.
- Strategic SLA & Performance Architecture: Define, negotiate, and enforce rigorous Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); proactively analyze service telemetry to identify systemic bottlenecks, approve Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents, and execute Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) to optimize system reliability.
- Full-Lifecycle Financial Management: Drive fiscal accountability for "Run" operations by developing and managing CapEx/OpEx budgets, performing forensic invoice validation against contractual milestones, and identifying portfolio rationalization opportunities to decrease total cost of ownership (TCO) without compromising service quality.
- Technical Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all MSP delivery outputs align with corporate architectural standards and stringent healthcare security policies; oversee Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) for system components to mitigate technical debt and ensure long-term sustainability of the data infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Integration & Escalation: Serve as the primary technical escalation point for critical service disruptions, mediating complex conflicts between internal engineering teams and external vendors while collaborating with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) functions to streamline cross-provider workflows.
What Minimum Requirements You'll Need
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

- Healthcare Interoperability Mastery: Specialized experience navigating the nuances of Public Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) and clinical data normalization within large-scale EMR/EHR reporting ecosystems.
