Customer Service Representative

Perform a variety of customer service functions.

  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
  • Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers.
  • May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
  • Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
  • Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
  • Maintain records as appropriate.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Flexible, schedule may vary depending on need, occasional weekend shift will be required, as well as holiday shifts.
  • Must be a team player, friendly and outgoing.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Ability to handle fast paced environment.
  • Multi-task oriented.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
