Schedule: Rotating | Full Time, 40hrs weekly, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

  • Perform a variety of customer service functions.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
  • Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers. May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
  • Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
  • Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
  • Maintain records as appropriate.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
