How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

  • Patient Welcome & Flow: Warmly greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and accurately schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth daily flow.
  • Financial & Insurance Management: Obtain and verify insurance authorizations, accurately collect co-payments, and reconcile daily financial reports and deposits.
  • Data & Documentation: Meticulously verify and enter patient demographic information, secure necessary documentation, and manage all patient record release requests.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential clerical and office support, including managing charges for services, to maintain the clinic's high standard of efficiency.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Associate will be patient facing.
  • Medical Terminology knowledge or prior experience is helpful.
  • The associate will be the first point of contact for our imaging department.
  • Duties will include answering phones, greeting patients, controlling workflow for patient registration, order entry, burning CD's for physician offices and patients, and other administrative tasks.
