Full-Time Preschool Assistant

This position at our Antioch, Little Miracles Preschool is 22-25 hours per week to start, 8:30 am-1:00 pm. This position will transition to an FTE position in 2-3 months. Ascend's Little Miracle Program seeks a Full-Time Preschool Assistant to support our 'Little Miracles' Community Program in Antioch for children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, and language and communication disorders. We seek a dedicated and passionate Full-time Aide who can work as part of a team to help create a fun environment and incorporate educational activities that support our children's development.

Preferred:

• Experience working with special needs children
• Bilingual preferred (but not required)

Minimum Requirement:

• 1 year minimum experience working with children aged 0-5 years old.
• CPR
• A minimum of 6 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units is preferred, but enrollment can also be started after completing the required units.
• Must be comfortable with diaper changing and assisting staff in cleaning up for the kiddos

Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
