At our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark, research facilities in Heidelberg, Germany, and additional offices across Europe and the United States, we are advancing programs in our Endocrinology Rare Disease and Oncology portfolios. We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.

The Data & Analytics team is responsible for the cross-functional data platform and data services for analytical purposes, and we pride ourselves on being obsessed with data and highly focused on using good practice processes along with state-of-the-art technologies. Our approach to data projects is not only about creating the solution but more about how we can make a difference for our patients.

You will be a member of a newly established product team with 6 colleagues where we have a bigger why in all our solutions delivered. A high degree of freedom and space for being ambitious. We are passionate about data and always curious about how we can create more value through a data-driven culture. You will be reporting directly to People Leader Lene Larsen who is based in Hellerup with the rest of the team.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Design, build and operate data solutions based in business requirements
• Advice line of business on good data practice and processes
• Be part of business-oriented data projects
• Design and blend data from multiple sources
• Interact with other product teams and owners

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree and 3+ years of experience within Data Engineering. Furthermore, you have:

• 3+ years of experience with azure cloud services – and hands-on developing in python and SQL.
• You have experience with designing and delivering data solutions, data load patterns and with data platform architecture.

Key competencies:

You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.

To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be well versed with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines and Pharma domain knowledge is a plus.

Travel: 5-10 days per year.
