This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with a primary focus on supporting the Total Rewards Center of Expertise (COE). This role is a member of the Total Rewards COE and partners closely with the HRIS COE to ensure smooth system operations across Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits and Compensation. This role will configure, update and launch processes, troubleshoot system issues, implement upgrades, develop and edit custom reports, as well as provide system support training.

This position requires a self-starter capable of independent analysis and decision-making. The role may contribute to cross-functional project teams and has a direct impact on departmental performance and effectiveness. Essential Duties:

  • Configure HRIS for annual benefits enrollment, including rate updates, plan year set up, benefit limits, ACA compliance, and instructional content.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team and/or consultants to update integrations for benefits, payroll and compensation.
  • Create and maintain general ledgers within the HRIS platform.
  • Support the establishment of new legal entities within the HRIS platform.
  • Lead the review, testing, and implementation of new HRIS releases, specific to Total Rewards.
  • Create and modify time tracking templates and pay calculations.
  • Build and revise absence policies and related configurations.
  • Develop, edit and maintain custom HRIS reports.
  • Launch salary increase and bonus payment processes within our HRIS platform.

Qualifications Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses:

  • 4-year university degree plus 2 - 4 years' professional experience in relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Workday system experience, specifically with Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Compensation.

Domestic Travel: 0-25%

The salary range for a candidate with 2-4 years experience would be 75,810 - 94,762 - 113,715. This position is also eligible for a 15% annual bonus. Final base salary will be determined on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
