This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with a primary focus on supporting the Total Rewards Center of Expertise (COE). This role is a member of the Total Rewards COE and partners closely with the HRIS COE to ensure smooth system operations across Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits and Compensation. This role will configure, update and launch processes, troubleshoot system issues, implement upgrades, develop and edit custom reports, as well as provide system support training.
This position requires a self-starter capable of independent analysis and decision-making. The role may contribute to cross-functional project teams and has a direct impact on departmental performance and effectiveness. The salary range for a candidate with 2-4 years experience would be 75,810 - 94,762 - 113,715. This position is also eligible for a 15% annual bonus. Final base salary will be determined on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
