Director Of Revenue Operations

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Revenue Operations to optimize and drive our revenue-generating processes. This pivotal role will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to support business objectives and drive growth.

Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize end-to-end revenue processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across all teams.

Data and Analytics: Leverage data insights to drive strategic decision-making, identify revenue opportunities, and forecast future trends.

Collaboration and Alignment: Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and initiatives.

Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and management of revenue technologies, including CRM and marketing automation tools, to enhance productivity and reporting.

Performance Measurement: Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive accountability across revenue-generating teams.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the revenue operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

You Will Have:

Proven experience in a senior revenue operations role within the tech industry, preferably in a high-growth environment.

Strong understanding of revenue processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

Experience with revenue technologies such as CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Base salary up to $200,000 + Performance Based Bonus + Equity + Benefits
