We have an opportunity for a Senior Vertical Transportation Engineer who will help to lead the design of new and existing buildings with a focus on tall buildings. We can offer technically stimulating work on a massive variety of projects and for you to become a permanent member of our diverse and friendly specialist discipline within the Building Engineering team in London.
Sustainability is core to our business, and it would be a theme in all of the work that you do. You will be working on some of the most interesting and innovative buildings across the world with leading architects. The team is currently involved with over 100 projects worldwide from concept design through to practical completion.
The wider team is involved with a variety of refurbishment projects, including commercial buildings of various sizes and railway stations to enable their expansion and route to decarbonization. Current and recent projects include residential and social infrastructure projects including Ebury Bridge Estate and Canada Water Regeneration; rail projects such as Euston Station, HS2, Sydney Metro; airport projects including Heathrow and Singapore Changi; commercial developments such as 60 Gracechurch Street, 8 Bishopsgate and 90 Long Acre; universities like UCL and LSE; healthcare facilities such as the new Moorfields/UCL Eye Hospital (Oriel) and a variety of unique projects such as the Sagrada Familia and the new Museum of London.
