About the Role
Our Human Resources team is looking for a passionate HR Coordinator to support the administration of HR functions and enhance employee experience. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will help ensure smooth people processes for our colleagues while also gaining exposure to the broader HR agenda.
You’ll join the Business Services team in Denmark, a dynamic group of professionals from a range of disciplines, including Administration, IT, Facilities, Finance, and HR. Together, we provide first-class support to our colleagues in the Copenhagen office. We’re known for our collaborative spirit, quick problem-solving, and a good dose of humour (not to mention our great sense of fashion and excellent playlists). We’re excited to welcome someone who will help us keep things running smoothly and make the office an even better place to work.
Furthermore, you’ll be part of a vibrant European HR network, connecting with over 30 colleagues across Europe. We’re currently working on making our processes more efficient and aligning them across countries to strengthen collaboration and create a more seamless experience for everyone involved.
