The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization committed to building a sustainable environment. As part of our evolving People Team, you'll be joining at a pivotal moment as we roll out our new People and Business strategy designed to enable growth and elevate member experience. If you're passionate about driving meaningful change and building strong relationships across diverse portfolios, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

Is This Role Right for You?

As a People Operations Partner, you'll work closely with Group Leaders across our National portfolios PS&I, EWR & CPD to deliver our people strategy and enhance member experience. You'll be a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative partner who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment. If you're someone who can influence senior leaders, champion wellbeing and inclusion, and bring data-driven insights to the table, this could be your next great move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of projects aligned with the business and people strategy in partnership with the People Partner – National Practices.
  • Coach and challenge leaders to improve performance and make data-informed decisions.
  • Own the delivery of cyclical People programmes (e.g. salary reviews, talent planning, appraisals, early careers).
  • Translate region-wide People strategy into actionable plans for local teams.
  • Partner with Global Centres of Expertise (COEs) to lead people-related projects and support Wellbeing and CEI strategies.
  • Share best practices and learnings across the People Team.
  • Influence from a portfolio perspective within the wider People Operations Partner team.

What You'll Bring

  • Independent thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities, especially with senior leaders.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders.
  • Confidence to build strong, independent relationships and have honest conversations.
  • A commitment to fostering continuous learning and leadership development.
  • Background in a professional services environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive change based on insights.
  • A genuine passion for being an advocate of the People Team.
