Responsibilities
- Mainly involved in sustainable design for the planning of Eco Community and single building project.
- Assist in the relevant work of ESG solutions for enterprises.
- Conduct energy simulation, daylight analysis, and CFD simulation, complete technical analysis report.
- Complete Green building/WELL building certificate and related simulation and analysis.
- Cooperate with MEP for sustainable design and optimization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in HVAC/building physics with a sound knowledge of building physics fundamentals.
- Knowledge and experience in ESG/Low carbon/Sustainability/Climate Change is preferred.
- Be familiar with Microsoft office, basic skill in GrasshopperDynamoPython is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.
