We now invite applications for the following resident site staff position for Contract No. 1002EM19A - Design-Build-Operate for the Additional District Cooling System (DCS) at Kai Tak Development (KTD). The works comprise the design and construction of a DCS plant with seawater pump house including the associated E&M equipment installation and laying of the seawater and chilled water distribution pipe networks for supplying chilled water to the sites nearby.

Is this role right for you?

Qualifications & Experience required: • University degree in an appropriate discipline from a Hong Kong institution or an equivalent institution, with formal training pre-approved by appropriate professional institution/institute and with at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience; OR University degree in an appropriate discipline from a Hong Kong institution or an equivalent institution, with at least 4 years of relevant post-academic qualification experience in professional field and level.

Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing government's terms and conditions. For the usual duties of the position, please refer to RSS Management Handbook Appendix 7.4.
