Reporting to our VP of Engineering, we're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who combines deep technical insight with exceptional people leadership. You'll be responsible for guiding a diverse team of engineers (junior all the way up through staff) – the team has a variety of skillsets, from mobile to frontend to data and backend. You'll drive technical excellence and foster a culture that prioritizes performance, growth, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers you the opportunity to influence the technical direction of products while actively mentoring and developing your team.
You'll join a cross-functional product team and work closely with colleagues in Product, Design, Data, and Engineering. Together, we build tools that help sellers manage their inventory, strengthen collector relationships, and gain market insights. Our teams also create seamless, trustworthy experiences for collectors—supporting them through the often complex steps of evaluation, payment, shipping, and fulfillment.
This is a full time hybrid role based in NYC.

The salary range for this role is $175,000-$215,000 annually. Artsy is committed to equitable compensation practices, and your offer will depend on the relevant experience and skillset you bring to the team.
