Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Luxoft, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support. This is a remote position with flexible working arrangements and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and address inquiries with professionalism

• Assist clients with onboarding, training, and system usage

• Escalate technical issues to specialized teams when required

• Document client issues, feedback, and solutions in internal systems

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk reduction

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or client support role

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, ServiceNow, or MS Office 365

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Basic technical background or experience in financial/IT services

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., GitLab, ServiceNow)
