HR Administrator
Work as part of the Recruitment and HR team to recruit, train, allocate and provide HR support to the company's 100s of staff and contractors. With this role you will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will be supporting the Company's Recruitment and HR team to reach their annual targets and goals.

Job Responsibilities And Tasks
This is a dynamic and varied role supporting the HR team with crucial day-to-day operations and projects. The priorities for this position are driven by the needs of the company.
- HR Administration
- Employee Lifecycle: Support HR processes for the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, processing changes to terms, managing probations, and handling leavers. Support the HR Manager with the smooth recruitment of new employees into the company for a variety of roles.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee data, record sickness absences, creating reports and presentations.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with all Ofsted requirements and ensure the studio checklist is up-to-date.
- Confidentiality: Provide minute-taking services for meetings and disciplinary hearings while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Building Relationships & Collaboration
- You'll be a key point of contact for our entire team, so strong interpersonal skills are a must. This role is about building trust and rapport. You'll work closely with the HR Manager and provide support to all employees and branch managers. Your ability to communicate clearly, empathise with others, and collaborate effectively will be vital to your success and to the smooth operation of the business. You'll serve as a helpful, friendly face for the team, assisting with a variety of needs and ensuring everyone feels supported.
- This role includes travelling to art-K studios (1-2 visits per week). This is an essential part of the role so candidates who apply need to be able and happy to commute.
- Operational & Project Support
- Communication: Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication with our art-K studios to proactively manage resources.
- Documentation: Maintain and update all recruitment and HR documents.
- Training: Help create training materials and presentations.
- Project Assistance: Support the HR Manager with the implementation of new projects.
Formal Qualifications
- A based degree 2:1 or above.
- Preferable: CIPD level 3 or higher or other related recruitment qualification.
- Preferable: Safer recruitment qualification and training on equality and diversity.
Experience
- 1 year in an HR related or managerial role with a people management aspect
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Specific Soft Skills
- A key part of the role is building relationships across the organisation. A curious mind to understand employee behaviour, to understand what an applicant's motivations are when applying for a role.
- Strong verbal communication skills, to be able to hold positive meetings – representing the company – and promote the brand in HR related events, as well as holding internal meetings in a confident way.
- Time management to ensure the correct tasks are prioritised depending on short-term and long-term objectives and balancing importance with urgency.
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate different aspects of the role.
- Attention to detail to notice trends and/or irregularities when CV searching/completing checks or updating records.

Salary
£29,000 for Full-Time, calculated pro rata for Part-Time hours
Part-Time Or Full Time
3-5 days per week to be worked between Monday - Friday, 24 - 40 hours per week, schedule can be discussed with the preferred candidate.
