In this Outbound Telesales role, with a difference, as you'll never have to make a cold call! Everyone you call will have asked for a call with us. And it'll be down to you to give them the information they're looking for, ultimately helping us grow our business through sales. On the face of it, this role is fairly simple. You'll have a list of companies that have asked us to give them a call about the benefits they offer their employees. Typically these benefits will all have a provider, and these relationships come up for renewal. When they do, we help these companies to find the very best benefits for their business. On a day-to-day basis you'll call small to medium sized companies to find out what Employee Benefits they currently have in place (i.e. Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Income Protection etc) and when those benefits are due for renewal. You'll then:
