  • Manage national Personal Lines and Farm products, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and optimal utilisation
  • Maintain governance processes across Products & Partnerships and insurance partner markets
  • Build effective collaboration with insurance partners and internal teams to align with Gallagher's strategy
  • Assist the Products & Partnerships team with BAU tasks and project work
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement aligned with business goals

What we are looking for: Motivated self-starter with a solid understanding of the insurance industry. Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to analyse insurance portfolios and develop comprehensive information for acquisition projects. Strategic mindset with a commitment to driving operational excellence. Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. Proactive approach to supporting the national Products and Partnerships team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience as an insurance broker is highly regarded.
