We are seeking a dedicated Mergers & Acquisitions Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional application workflow and process support to users involved in new mergers and acquisitions. This role is focused exclusively on supporting M&A users, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into Gallagher systems and workflows.

How You'll Make An Impact

User Support: Provide hands-on support to M&A users for Gallagher application workflows, processes, and "how-to" inquiries.

Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot a range of user workflow and process issues directly with the user, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Ticket Management: Maintain a ticket queue and phone queue, ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.

Escalation and Triage: Assist in triaging tickets that require escalation or involvement from other teams, ensuring a warm handoff and user satisfaction.

Virtual Coaching: Deliver virtual desk-side coaching and training to users via phone and Teams to enhance their understanding of Gallagher systems and workflows.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that cannot be addressed independently.

L&D Partnership: Work together with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to ensure a consistent message is delivered to all users, aligning training and support efforts.

Process Improvement: Contribute to workflow or process changes and redesigns to improve efficiency and user experience.

Travel: Travel may be required for training purposes or to support M&A users on-site during transitions.

About You

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years relevant work experience
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve workflow and process issues.
  • Experience maintaining ticket queues and managing high volumes of user inquiries.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Gallagher systems, including Applied EPIC or CSR24, is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or similar transitional processes.
  • Background in insurance or risk management industries.
  • Previous experience in virtual coaching or training roles.
