Demonstrate outstanding listening skills while exhibiting excellent customer service, patience, and empathy to promote the company reputation of integrity. Answer incoming phone inquiries from clients, claimants and medical providers about claims information. Forward calls as needed to Resolution Managers and claims staff. Prevent and defuse situations through research, customer education and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution.
Advanced English level (Advanced B2 minimum required). Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge. Availability to handle calls and work on claims-related issues. 1 year of previous experience in contact center or customer support roles. Training will be delivered On Site / Operations will be handled in a Hybrid model.
