Customer Service Advisor

At Gallagher Bassett, we're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Travel and Accident & Health division. This full time (on sight) role is all about supporting our customers with their insurance claims inquiries and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

How you'll make an impact:

  • You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries via phone and email.
  • You'll ensure their questions are answered promptly and professionally, helping them navigate the claims process with ease.
  • You'll manage claim form requests, update external databases with claims information, and assist our claims department with tasks like claims handling and payment processing.
  • Your work will make a real difference in helping our customers during moments that matter most.

About you:

  • Confidence in communicating over the phone with an excellent telephone manner.
  • A positive attitude towards delivering outstanding service.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
